Read another review that suggested that Crushed Olive was close to Fossilized Amber. Not so. This is green. Fossilized Amber is yellow. Crushed Olive is a beautiful color and I use it quite a bit as a layer in Halloween cards when working with mummies and zombies and all things not necessarily alive. It's the best color for blending out a Frankenstein image. Just be prepared to blend with a dash or two of the more neutral shades. I love this shade.
I love the Distress Oxide inks however this color is very much like the Fossilized Amber. If you are on a budget only one of these ink pads is needed.

Perfect! I love Tim Holtz Distress line. I hesitated getting this color but so glad I did. It rounds out the green shades I already have.
This is an awesome ink and great color.
It will be a perfect vintage Halloween and Christmas color.
