These adorable creatures are just waiting to go trick or treating! This Costume Party Colorize 28 piece Thinlits die set is designed by Tim Holtz for Sizzix. The Colorize technology from Tim Holtz is an intricate paper-layering process which enables you to create more dimensional and professional designs than before. These wafer-thin chemically-etched die sets are designed to cut, emboss or stencil a single sheet of cardstock, paper, metallic foil or vellum. They are simple to use, compact and portable for cutting at home or on-the-go. Thinlits dies are compatible with most leading die cutting machines (sold separately). To cut, the sandwich requires the use of a pair of cutting pads and the machine's included platform. Because of their intricacy, they may require up to 3 passes. These dies can emboss, simply follow the directions on your machine to make the perfect sandwich. To stencil, place the die over the cardstock or other material and apply ink or chalk to the indentations. This technique can be used alone or to enhance embossed designs. You are going to love working with these Colorize Thinlits dies and will want to add more of them to your collection.

These monsters are the cutest little guys I have ever seen. They are not frightful just so darn cute you can't help but smile. If you follow the youtube directions you will have no problem putting the monsters together and I just love them. Great product!

This is probably my most favorite Tim Holtz die cut. There are a lot of little pieces and little die cuts; however, once you put these little guys together, the costume characters come alive! Frankenstein is my absolute favorite. Everyone loved seeing this groovy little guy.
I received this recently (yay Scrapbook.com, you send orders PROMPTLY unlike OTHER retailers who wait 3 weeks to mail them out then send requests for review BEFORE THE ORDER ARRIVES).
I tried assembling it. It is really confusing.
I found a Sizzix YouTube tutorial.
Brown 1 is the darkest while Brown 3 is the lightest but Cream 1 and Purple 1 are the lightest while Cream 2 and Purple 2 are darker. No wonder it made no sense, the order wasn’t intuitive and it wasn’t fitting together or looking anything like the picture.
However, the YouTube tutorial is really helpful.
